SHOWS:

The Queen Bey will be returning on May 27th and 28th to Soldier Field, where she co-headlined with her husband Jay Z in 2014. She will be performing songs from her new album “Lemonade,” which was recently released in the form of an hour long video on Tidal. She also performed her hit track "Formation," during her Super Bowl halftime performance this past year. Known for her breathtaking vocals and outstanding performances, Beyoncé’s concert tickets are worth every penny.

American singer-songwriter, Chelsea Wolfe, is performing at the Thalia Hall on Friday, May 20th. Chelsea’s music has been described as “drone-metal-art-folk,” a unique mix of folk, electronic, and metal music. Her tour will be featuring her new metal-inflected album, Abyss. New Zealand duo, A Dead Forest Index, will open the show.
CULTURAL EVENTS:

On May 13th-15th The Chicago Cultural Center will be hosting the Midwest's largest convening of artists and creative entrepreneurs. If you create, perform, or produce, this is a great event for you. Come share your creative ideas and collaborate with other innovative people!

The Chicago Memorial Day Parade has been a city tradition for 146 years. This year, the annual celebration will begin promptly at 11am on Saturday, May 28th, with the Wreath Laying Ceremony. Then, the parade will head down State Street at noon, from Lake to Van Buren. This event is considered to be one of the largest Memorial Day parades in the nation; it honors men and women who have fallen while fighting for our country, and their families.
DRINKS:

Kick off the start of Chicago Craft Beer Week by enjoying a cold beer, from any conceivable local craft brewery, at the Garfield Park Conservatory. Come to the conservatory on Thursday May 19th to sip on a beer while taking a relaxing stroll surrounded by beautiful plants and trees.
