May Favorites

April 29, 2016

Spring has finally sprung! As the weather finally starts to warm up, all of us over here at Chrome City are

dying to get out and explore the city. We picked some events in Chicago that we are most excited for - ranging from sharing a beer with a friend in a cool environment, to singing along with some of our favorite artists. Check it out and come join us for the awesome month of May!

SHOWS:

Beyoncé

The Queen Bey  will be returning on May 27th and 28th to Soldier Field, where she co-headlined with her husband Jay Z in 2014. She will be performing songs from her new album “Lemonade,” which was recently released in the form of an hour long video on Tidal. She also performed her hit track "Formation," during her Super Bowl halftime performance this past year. Known for her breathtaking vocals and outstanding performances, Beyoncé’s concert tickets are worth every penny.

Chelsea Wolfe

American singer-songwriter, Chelsea Wolfe, is performing at the Thalia Hall on Friday, May 20th. Chelsea’s music has been described as “drone-metal-art-folk,” a unique mix of folk, electronic, and metal music. Her tour will be featuring her new metal-inflected album, Abyss. New Zealand duo, A Dead Forest Index, will open the show.
