DISCO, the new joint venture of Bonhomme Hospitality (Fulton Market Kitchen, Bordel, Celeste) and Cerberus Group (Celeste). Daniel Alonso’s vision and aesthetic was paired with Cerberus Group’s background in developing unique concepts and spaces to make DISCO the successful destination it is. The sexy and sophisticated venue channels the glamour and globally fueled character of the discotheque’s in 1970s Paris and New York City.
“Fashion icons like Beverly Johnson, David Bowie, Diane von Furstenberg, Grace Jones, Halston, Iman, Jerry Hall, Karl Lagerfeld, Mick Jagger, Steve McQueen, and YSL have continued to impact our style and we are paying homage to the cultural revolution that they shaped,” said Daniel Alonso. “We have created a space where guests can have fun, and feel glamorous and sexy while still enjoying the modern luxuries of Chicago nightlife.”
You can expect the essential wall-to-wall LED dance floor, ornate LED-mirrored ceilings, sheepskin sofas, and Lucite furnishings in DISCO, and at the very heart of the space is music. Funk, Soul, Latin, Pop, House and re-mixes of everything from ABBA to Blondie, Donna Summer, Giorgio Moroder, Chic & Nile Rodgers, Cerrone and much more provide the beats for impressive high-profile DJ lineups and residencies.
The partnership behind Celeste brings boogie nights to River North for those seeking a chic late-night spot to dance, dance, dance, enjoy craft cocktails and indulge in elevated bottle service every Friday (11pm to 4am) and Saturday (11pm to 5am). DISCO is located at 111 W. Hubbard St. in the River North. We'll see you there next weekend!
