A visit to this boutique Bucktown studio will get your heart pumping and muscles shaking. Based on the Lagree Method, the low-impact, high-intensity workout is done on a Megaformer machine (think a souped-up version of a Pilates reformer), and combines elements of Pilates, cardio, strength training, and balance. “You’re always going to get a full body workout,” says owner and founder Cheri Byrd.
