Our team is looking for dedicated individuals who possess a strong work ethic and passion for the local hospitality, design and art culture. We are looking for someone to help execute current client work. Interns will be exposed to some of the best restaurants, designers, creatives and more in the city and all aspects of their communication strategy. Our work ranges from event creation to community outreach, street team marketing and media relations. We are looking for a well-rounded individual who can pull up their sleeves and work on a wide range of tasks and projects. Our aim is to give you as much experience in all facets of communications as possible.
Media monitoring & reporting for client clips
Assist in the development of social media narrative and execution of client posts
Competitor research, list building and community outreach development
Email client promotions to databases
Create updated media lists for PR database
Research & coordinate off-site events for clients
Coordinate media & concierge reservations
Attend client events and assist with day-of needs
Maintain client calendars and due dates
Day-to-day organization and office assistance
Draft proposals, press releases, post-event releases, media alerts, and pitches
Outreach to community groups, potential partners and more
Execution of street team marketing to business and residential buildings
Assistance with Chrome City blog
Organization of client files (ie- Google spreadsheets)
ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE A MUST. Students applying for this internship should be pursuing a degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field. All applicants must have an ability to self-police and be responsible for their work with or without supervision
