#ChromeHomie Adam Sokolowski

August 4, 2017

Here at Chrome City we pride ourselves in having ultra-creative and inspiring homies throughout the Chicago area. Each week, the Chrome Chronicle will share a little bit about these incredible people and why we are excited to feature them as our #ChromeHomie.

Let us introduce our Homie, Adam!

Adam Sokolowski, Social Media Marketing Consultant & Chicago Food Dude

Q: Explain your job position.

A: Two years ago, at the age of 23, I quit my job and founded my own digital marketing business. I have been growing it ever since, and it now offers a diverse range of services from digital content creation to organic, paid, and influencer social media marketing. Recently I've expanded this offering to include review site management, email marketing, website design, and restaurant consulting. Most of my client base is in hospitality and food & beverage, although I've begun to branch out into other industries like startups and nonprofits.

Q: What is your creative process?

A: I like to simulate a sense of desperation because I find this stretches the limits of my creative thinking.

Q: What inspires and motivates you?

A: The people I work with every day. Every account I work with feels like a family and team that I will drop anything for.

Q: How did you end up in Chicago?

A: Born and raised!

Q: What is your favorite part of living in Chicago?

A: The common saying that it's a big small town is apt. It's truly a community, and I love that.

Q: What has most influenced your career?

A: Social media and growing my own personal channels really has made this all possible and has served as a springboard for launching my company. All of my business has come through the people I have met through Instagram. It's remarkable that a little app can change the course of your life.

Thanks for being a #ChromeHomie, Adam!
