What current projects are you working on?
I am expanding The Confident Woman brand to include more digital courses, community engagement initiatives, and my Fit From Within self-guided journal for holistic wellness. My focus is on creating impactful resources that empower women to live confidently and unapologetically. In addition, The Confident Woman Impact Accelerator, a transformative digital program designed to help faith-fueled, purpose-driven women overcome limiting beliefs, build confidence, and step into their God-given purpose.
Who is currently inspiring you with their wild and wise approach to life?
Honestly, I’m most inspired by women who have weathered the storms of life, walked through the fire, and leaned deeply into their faith to overcome. It’s not about perfection or appearance—it’s about raw, unfiltered faith and resilience. I’m moved by women who don’t just talk about faith, they live it out loud, giving God the glory even when the world tries to silence them. These are the women who inspire me to keep going, to keep trusting, and to live boldly for Christ, unshaken by the world’s noise.
How do you personally define a curated life?
To me, a curated life means intentionally designing your life around what matters most—faith, purpose, and values. It’s about shedding the expectations of perfection and embracing the raw, real journey of becoming who you were created to be. It’s living in alignment with your truth and making choices that reflect who you are at your core, not just what the world expects you to be.
What are your current aspirations and vision for the future, considering both your wild creative ideas and the wisdom you’ve gained?
My aspiration is to grow The Confident Woman into a globally recognized platform that empowers millions of women to embrace their true identity, live authentically, and create lasting impact. I envision expanding our digital offerings, community engagement, and international outreach to help women break free from societal pressures and step into their power—mind, body, and soul.
What daily practices or habits help you stay connected to your wild and wise self?
My daily practices include morning prayer, journaling, and focused movement through strength training. These habits help me align with my purpose, clear my mind, and stay grounded in faith. I also prioritize reflection through my Fit From Within journal, where I track progress, set intentions, and celebrate wins—big and small.
How has your community or network influenced your current projects and ideas?
My community has been the backbone of The Confident Woman—their stories, struggles, and successes inspire me daily. Through their feedback and shared experiences, I’ve been able to create resources that truly meet their needs, like the Fit From Within journal and the Impact Accelerator. Their resilience and faith fuel my mission to continue building a movement that empowers women to reclaim their confidence and live with purpose.
What advice would you give to aspiring visionaries?
My advice is simple: Know who you are and whose you are. When you are rooted in your purpose and anchored in your faith, you become unshakable. Don’t wait for permission to start—trust that you are enough, right where you are, and take bold, confident steps toward your vision. Progress over perfection, always.
What impact do you hope your current work will have on the world?
My hope is that The Confident Woman will serve as a beacon of hope, healing, and empowerment for women everywhere. I want women to see that true confidence is built from within and that they are enough just as they are. My mission is to create a movement where women confidently step into their purpose and transform their lives, families, and communities.
